What BetChecker knows
BetChecker has no independently checked win-loss record for Steve Fezzik. A record you see in an ad or on a sales page is the seller's own unless someone outside the business verified it.
The Las Vegas Sun reported in January 2010 that Steve Fezzik won the Las Vegas Hilton SuperContest, an NFL pick contest, in back-to-back years (2008 and 2009), which the paper called a first in the contest's history.
He is listed with Sports Information Traders. Winning a contest years ago is a real result, but it says little about how picks sold today will do.
BetChecker has not independently checked the results of any picks sold now.

Know what you're buying
You probably have a reason for every bet. Keep it. We do not judge your pick.
We check one thing: what you are paid, compared with the chance it wins. A big payout is not a good bet. A big payout for the chance is.
Follow whoever you like. Premium keeps score. A year of Premium is $59, about what one month of a typical pick service costs. Pick services we looked at charge $20 to $100 a month, and the middle is around $45.

Your tout has to win 62 of every 100 picks just for you to break even.
With no fee it is 52 of 100, at the standard price (−110). The fee adds about $4.62 to every $25 bet. Your real prices change these numbers a little.
Before you pay, ask
1.
Can I see every pick, with the date it was posted and the odds at the time?
2.
Has anyone outside the business checked that record?
3.
What is the record after the fee I pay?
4.
What odds do the results assume? A pick at -110 is a different bet at -125.
