Questions bettors ask
It’s OK to feel a bit scared and a lot greedy here. Greedy enough to keep your money.

Can't I just paste my slip into a chatbot for free?
A chatbot is good at reading a slip and explaining the bet. What it doesn’t have is the market’s price: the live price at Pinnacle, a sportsbook that says it welcomes winners. That price isn’t published to US bettors. BetChecker pays for an odds feed to get it.
Without that number, a chatbot can tell you what you need to win, but not what the market thinks will happen. It may even guess the odds without saying so. "You need 60%, the market says 54%" is the whole check, and only the second half tells you whether the bet is bad.
BetChecker also does the same math the same way every time, puts your tout’s claim next to the market, and keeps your record over time. Try both on the same slip and compare the market number.
Does BetChecker use AI?
Yes, to read your slip and to work out which game and bet you mean, so BetChecker can fetch the market’s price. Snap a screenshot and it fills in the teams, the bet and the odds in seconds.
BetChecker never uses AI to guess who wins. The check itself is plain arithmetic against the market’s price, the same every time. AI picks are everywhere, and an AI that sells picks still has to beat the market. BetChecker shows you whether it does.
Where does the market price come from?
From the market’s price: Pinnacle’s price (a sportsbook that says it welcomes winners), with the sportsbook’s built-in profit removed. How we know explains why that price is the best estimate of the real chance.

Will BetChecker tell me what to bet?
No. BetChecker checks the price and the claim. It never predicts the outcome and never sells picks. The day BetChecker sold a pick, it would be a tout.
Is it really free?
Every check is free, and the grade needs no account. On the website a free account shows the full math; in the app it is free to open. BetChecker Premium, which tracks your picks against the closing line and builds a report card, will cost $7.99 a month or $59 a year, with a 14-day free trial.
What is the closing line, and why does it matter?
It’s the last price before the game starts, with all the news priced in. If you keep getting better prices than the close, you probably know something. If you don’t, your wins are mostly luck. It’s the one number in sports betting that’s hard to fake.
