The chance it has to win to break even.
The same price can be written four ways. American odds (like -110 or +150) say how much you risk or win against $100. Decimal odds (like 1.91) say how much comes back per dollar, stake included. Fractional odds (like 10/11) say profit against stake. Implied probability turns the price into a chance of winning.
They are all the same number in different clothes. Converting between them does not change what a bet costs. It just lets you line up prices that are written differently, so you can compare them honestly.
The one that matters most is implied probability, because it is the bar: the chance the bet has to clear just to break even. A price is only good if the bet wins more often than that.
Converting a price tells you what it is, not whether it is worth it. For that, compare the price to the market's fair price.
